Milwaukee Brewers Tips and Tricks For American Family Field
Parking at American Family Field
Many people say they have the “best” and “quickest” route for American Family Field parking. After talking to multiple season ticket holders and going to over 100 games myself, there is one route that still has yet to be “discovered.” It is smooth sailing, even 30 minutes prior to the first pitch, and you can easily go from the parking lot to downtown Wauwatosa or the surrounding areas in 15 minutes flat.
The route is simple: get on the Stadium Freeway (I-175) going south towards the stadium. Take the exit on W Wells St and take a left at the stop sign. Continue straight, passing the Humane Society on your right. Go under the bridge and continue straight on N 44th St at the stop sign. Continue on N 44th St and you will pass the staff parking lot on your right and the Mathews parking lot on your left.
If you have preferred parking, continue straight into the American Family Field parking lot and park in the rows closest to where you just entered. Try to get in the front rows of the preferred lot. The moment you get back onto N 44th St after the game, you’ll have smooth sailing all the way home. If you have general parking, they’ll direct you to the left and you will be able to go into the giant Yount parking lot without having to deal with any of the extra traffic from Frederick Miller Way or the freeway.
Club Seats
This shouldn’t be much of a secret anymore, but the amount of people that are unaware of Club Level seats every year is staggering. The Club Level has fewer seats, better food options (including the ability to have food delivered to your seat), a great view, and much cleaner restrooms that rarely have lines.
Oftentimes, if you buy your tickets just a day or two before the game, you can find tickets at pretty much the same price as any other Loge Level tickets. While most fans like to be as close to the action as possible, Club Level seats give you a clear view of the entire field, including the corners, which is often hard to come by on the 100 or 200 levels.
