1) Josh Sitton, OL (2008-15)
NFL Draft: 2008, Round 4, Pick 135 to the Green Bay Packers
After getting drafted in the fourth round, Josh Sitton wore the Green Bay Packers’ number 71 jersey for the first eight years of his NFL career. During these eight seasons, Sitton played an important role for the Packers, making starts at multiple positions along the offensive line. He won a Super Bowl with Green Bay, and Sitton was also voted to the First-Team All-Pro once, Second-Team All-Pro twice and the Pro Bowl three teams when he was with the Packers.
2) Bill Forester, LB (1959-63)
NFL Draft: 1953, Round 3, Pick 31 to the Green Bay Packers
Bill Forester played all 11 seasons in the Packers’ number 71 jersey. During his time in Green Bay, Forester made 131 starts, totaling 21 interceptions and 15 fumble recoveries. He won two NFL Championships and was voted to the Pro Bowl four times and to the First-Team All-Pro three times.
3) Santana Dotson, DT (1996-2001)
NFL Draft: 1992, Round 5, Pick 132 to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Santana Dotson began his career in Tampa, but he played his final six seasons in Green Bay. As a Packer, he was an every-week starter on the defensive line, totaling 265 tackles, six forced fumbles and 26 sacks. He won a Super Bowl with Green Bay, and he got a sack in the Super Bowl win.

Who Wears Packers’ Number 71 in 2023?
Currently, Josh Myers wears the Green Bay Packers’ number 71 jersey. Myers was a second-round pick and has been the Packers’ starter for the past couple of seasons, but his spot is all but safe. He has not improved much as a player since coming into the league, showing many of the same issues that had me worried about him on Lombardi Sweep after he was drafted.
This will be a big training camp for him and it could be a make-or-break year overall.
