According to Pro Football Reference, Scott Hunter is tied for the best player to wear the Green Bay Packers’ number 16 jersey with the next player in the list. Hunter played his first three NFL seasons with Green Bay. He ended up starting most of his games, leading the Packers to a 15-11-3 record. Hunter completed 43.9% of his passes for 2,904 yards, 15 touchdowns and 30 interceptions. He ran for another 10 touchdowns.
2) Randy Wright, QB (1984-88)
NFL Draft: 1984, Round 6, Pick 143 to the Green Bay Packers
Randy Wright played during the dark ages of Packers football. He played his entire career in Green Bay, finishing his NFL career with a 7-25 record. Wright completed 53.8% of his passes for 7,106 yards, 31 touchdowns and 57 interceptions.
3) Ray Stachowicz, P (1981-82)
NFL Draft: 1981, Round 3, Pick 62 to the Green Bay Packers
Ray Stachowicz was a punter who was drafted in the third round by the Green Bay Packers. Unfortunately, he played for only two seasons in Green Bay, averaging 40.5 yards per punt and downing it inside the 20-yard line 18.5% of the time.

Currently, Pat O’Donnell wears the Green Bay Packers’ number 16 jersey. O’Donnell joined the Packers last season and was a serviceable punter for Green Bay. He will occupy this role once again this season.
