1) Chris Jacke, K (1989-96)
NFL Draft: 1989, Round 6, Pick 142 to the Green Bay Packers
Some people don’t respect kickers, but those who know their history definitely respect Chris Jacke, who is the best player to wear the Green Bay Packers’ number 13 jersey.
He played eight seasons with the Packers and was a contributor to their Super Bowl XXXI team. Jacke was an All-Pro in 1993 and is currently fourth all-time for the Packers in scoring, trailing only Mason Crosby, Ryan Longwell and Don Hutson. He will forever be enshrined in Green Bay Packers lore as he was inducted into the Green Bay Packers Hall of Fame in 2013.
2) Chester Marcol, K (1972-80)
NFL Draft: 1972, Round 2, Pick 34 to the Green Bay Packers
Although he wasn’t the most accurate kicker over his career, few Packers fans forget Chester Marcol. He made two Pro Bowls, was twice first-team All-Pro, was the 1972 NFC Rookie of the Year and also led the NFL in scoring in 1972 and 1974. Marcol also holds two NFL records: field goal attempts in a rookie season (48) and a Packers record for field goals made in a season(33).
As good as Marcol was, he will always be known for his recovered blocked kick that he ran into the endzone to beat the Chicago Bears while he was high on cocaine during the second half.
3) Allen Lazard, WR (2018-22)
NFL Draft: Undrafted in 2018
Although he never broke out as much as some fans had hoped, Allen Lazard was an underrated asset for the Green Bay Packers. He racked up over 2,200 yards and 20 touchdowns over his last four seasons with Green Bay. Lazard also combined for 200 receiving yards and a touchdown in five playoff games.
Lazard broke out onto the scene for the Packers in 2019 thanks to a few injuries in the receiving room and was a decent target for quarterback Aaron Rodgers in the offense. Although he wasn’t a great receiver, Lazard was a solid blocker and certainly filled a role on the Packers’ offense.

Who Wears Packers’ Number 13 in 2023?
Currently, Dontayvion Wicks wears Green Bay Packers’ number 13. The rookie wide receiver from Virginia could quickly find himself in a decent-sized role in the offense. This year’s fifth-round pick racked up over 1,200 receiving yards in 2021. In 2022, Wicks regressed, with only 430 receiving yards over eight games.
Wicks may not have much of a role to start the season, but he could be a regular contributor by the end of the season.
