Ohio State vs Wisconsin Basketball Prediction

It’s been a struggle for the Wisconsin basketball team in conference play this year. However, the Ohio State Buckeyes have struggled more, with only five Big Ten basketball wins this season. Two of those wins have come in their last three games, with impressive home wins over Maryland and Illinois. The Buckeyes’ only road conference win came on New Year’s Day, easily taking care of Northwestern for their most impressive win of the season.

Wisconsin, on the other hand, seems to play absolutely every team close. They had three games go to overtime during February, with two resulting in losses. They battled with Purdue and Northwestern, but lost both games by two points each. It’s not that their schedule has been rock solid at the end of the year, as they won by only four against Minnesota last time out as well. In other words, this will be a close game.

This will be a battle of strengths, as Ohio State is a terrific offensive team while the Wisconsin basketball team usually locks things up on the defensive end of the floor. These two teams met in Ohio on Feb. 2, resulting in a five-point Badger win. I like a similar result tonight.

For any sports bettors out there, Wisconsin +2 is a great line to bet on. You could also tease this game to WIS +6.5 and UNDER 135, which would be my favorite way to bet on this game. If you’re in Wisconsin, you can sign up at BetOnline Sportsbook to bet on this game.
