NFL Draft: 1984, Round 2, Pick 51 to the Los Angeles Raiders
Unlike most of the players we have highlighted in these articles to this point, Sean Jones played his final years in Green Bay after spending a lot of time elsewhere. He didn’t come to the Packers until his 11th year in the NFL, but he was an every-week starter for three seasons in Green Bay.
During these three years, Sean Jones totaled 145 tackles, 24.5 sacks and seven forced fumbles with the Packers. He helped bring a Super Bowl win to Green Bay in his final NFL season.
2) Mike Neal, LB (2010-15)
NFL Draft: 2010, Round 2, Pick 56 to the Green Bay Packers
Mike Neal played all six of his NFL seasons in Green Bay wearing the Packers’ number 96 jersey. He made 29 starts across these seasons, totaling 133 tackles, 31 tackles for loss, 19 sacks and three forced fumbles. While he didn’t play in the game, Neal is a Super Bowl champion with Green Bay.
3) Shawn Patterson, DE (1988-93)
NFL Draft: 1988, Round 2, Pick 34 to the Green Bay Packers
Shawn Patterson was drafted in the second round out of Arizona State, but he never truly panned out. He made 13 starts over these seasons, totaling only 11 sacks and one interception.
