1) Dorsey Levens, RB (1994-2001)
NFL Draft: 1994, Round 5, Pick 149 to the Green Bay Packers.
Dorsey Levens is the best player to wear the Green Bay Packers’ number 25 jersey. He served as the starting running back during Green Bay’s successful years in the 90s.
Levens was a talented dual-threat running back. He ran for 3,937 yards and 28 touchdowns while adding another 2,079 yards and 16 touchdowns as a receiver. Levens was a Super Bowl champion and Pro Bowler with the Packers.
2) Ryan Grant, RB (2007-12)
NFL Draft: Undrafted in 2005
After going undrafted in 2005, Ryan Grant spent a couple of seasons with the New York Giants, though he never carried the ball. He then signed with the Packers, and he was immediately a contributor.
Grant started 53 of his 67 games with the Green Bay Packers, running for 4,143 yards and 27 touchdowns while adding another 760 yards and two touchdowns as a receiver. He won a Super Bowl with the Packers, but due to injury, Grant didn’t play during that postseason run.
3) Tom Moore, RB (1960-65)
NFL Draft: 1960, Round 1, Pick 5 to the Green Bay Packers
Tom Moore played his first six seasons in the Green Bay Packers’ number 25 jersey. He was a three-time NFL Champion and a Pro Bowler with the Packers. Moore made 25 starts across six seasons with the team, running for 2,069 yards and 20 touchdowns while catching another 645 yards and seven touchdowns.
Moore also threw four touchdowns and averaged 26.5 yards as a kick returner.

Who Wears Packers’ Number 25 in 2023?
Currently, Keisean Nixon wears the Green Bay Packers’ number 25 jersey. Special teams coach Rich Bisaccia has turned the Packers’ free agent philosophy around, bringing some players in who can play special teams. Nixon was one of the additions last season.
He quickly became one of the NFL’s top kick returners. This year, he will look to replicate his production returning kicks, and he will also be tasked at playing the starting nickel role.
