1) Charles Woodson, DB (2006-12)
NFL Draft: 1998, Round 1, Pick 4 to the Oakland Raiders
Two-thirds of the world is covered in water, and the other third was covered by Charles Woodson while we wore the Green Bay Packers’ number 21 jersey. He was a true program changer on the defensive side of the football, and he was one of the best defensive players in franchise history despite having a long career in Oakland beforehand.
In seven years as a Packer, Woodson started 100 games and totaled 38 interceptions, 467 tackles, 15 forced fumbles, 11.5 sacks and 10 touchdowns. As a member of the Packers, Woodson won a Super Bowl, Defensive Player of the Year, and he was voted to two All-Pros and four Pro Bowls.
2) Bob Jeter, WR/CB (1963-70)
NFL Draft: 1960, Round 2, Pick 17 to the Green Bay Packers
Bob Jeter spent his first eight NFL seasons with Green Bay. He began his career as a wide receiver but quickly transitioned to cornerback. In his eight-year NFL career, Jeter totaled two receptions for 25 yards, then 23 interceptions and two touchdowns. With the Packers, Jeter was an All-Pro, three-time NFL Champion and two-time Super Bowl Champion.
3) Ha Ha Clinton-Dix, S (2014-18)
NFL Draft: 2014, Round 1, Pick 21 to the Green Bay Packers
Ha Ha Clinton-Dix had a promising start to his career, looking like the long-term answer at safety in Green Bay. However, his play seemed to fall off a cliff in a second, leaving many fans with a sour taste in their mouths following his departure.
Still, Clinton-Dix played four-plus seasons in Green Bay and was voted to a Pro Bowl in one of the seasons. He played in 71 games. totaling 14 interceptions, 351 tackles, 5.5 sacks and three forced fumbles.

Who Wears Packers’ Number 21 in 2023?
Currently, Eric Stokes wears the Green Bay Packers’ number 21 jersey. It has been a tough start to a career for the first-round pick out of Georgia. Stokes has showcased all of the weaknesses we talked about on Lombardi Sweep the night he was drafted. Now, he also has to work his way back from a season-ending knee injury.
It’s too early to make a final judgment, but it’s clear Eric Stokes has not lived up to his draft stock thus far.
