Aaron Jones and Christian Watson have continued to miss some practices this week while guard Elgton Jenkins hurt his knee in Week 2 and has already been ruled out for Sunday’s game. For as many injuries as the Packers have had, for the most part, their replacements have been able to pick up the slack. Against a solid Saints team that is solid on both sides of the football, they’ll need to put together their best game of the year.
The biggest question coming into this game, as it has been for seemingly the past decade, is the defense. After looking okay for the start of the Atlanta game, the defense completely fell apart in the second half and was shredded on the ground. Maye is a big piece of this Saints defense and their secondary will be hurt by his absence. If the Packers can pick on his replacement, it could be a tough game for New Orleans to pull out.
