For the past few years, the NFL Players Association (NFLPA) has asked players to grade their teams on several factors. These NFLPA report cards and grades are then ranked and made public. Not only does this hold some teams accountable, but it also highlights some of the great organizations and people around the league.
The Green Bay Packers organization is considered one of the most historic and prestigious in the NFL. However, how do the players feel about the team, facilities, staff, and more? Below, we will take a closer look at the Green Bay Packers report card grades from the 2025 NFLPA report cards. We will discuss where the Packers rank in each category as well as how it relates to last season’s grades.
Packers Report Card Grades: Overall NFLPA Record Card Rank
For the 2025 report cards from the NFLPA, 1,695 players participated in grading their team. Not only is this information useful for other players when deciding on a team to join, but the accountability should also help to raise the standards across the league. In theory, most of the grades should improve year after year.
The overall ranks for the Green Bay Packers report card grade is based on a weighted scale in the following categories:

- Food/Cafeteria (9%)

- Training Staff (9%)

Green Bay Packers Report Card Rank: 7th out of 32
In total, the Packers ranked seventh in the league. We will take a look at the grades for each category in the NFLPA record card below. This rank for Green Bay, however, means the organization has gotten worse. The Packers ranked third in the league in 2024.
Packers Report Card Breakdown 2025
Treatment of Families
The Packers ranked 12th in the treatment of players’ families. Green Bay is one of only three teams that does not provide daycare during home games. However, they do provide a family room. Players rate the post-game family area 8.81 out of 10, ranking them fifth out of 32 teams. The Packers also ranked fifth in the organization of family events.
Nutritionist/Dietician
The Packers ranked seventh in the players’ view of the nutritionist and dietician. Of the players who filled out the NFLPA report card, 84% said they get an individualized nutrition plan, ranking the Packers 14 out of 32 teams. The players feel their team dietician is very accessible (12/32 ranking).
Food/Cafeteria
The Packers ranked sixth in the players’ view of the food and cafeteria. The Green Bay Packers players rate the taste of their team’s food 8.86 out of 10. This is a ranking of eighth out of 32. They rate the freshness of their food 9.12 out of 10 (7/32), and the dining area is 9.23 out of 10 (8/32).
Locker Room
The Packers ranked 12th in the players’ view of the locker room. Among those surveyed, 96% feel the locker room size is adequate (12/32), and 89% feel they have enough room in their individual lockers (15/32).
Training Room
The Packers ranked fifth in the players’ view of the training room facilities. Every single player felt they had enough full-time physical therapists in Green Bay, and 98% thought there were enough full-time trainers. The Packers’ report card grades show that 98% of players felt they had enough cold tub space (7/32) and 94% felt there was enough hot tub space (11/32).
Training Staff
The Packers ranked 16th in the players’ view of the training staff. The survey showed 88% felt there was enough one-on-one treatment (14/32). However, players only felt the training staff moderately contributed to the success, ranking 17th out of 32 in the NFL.
Weight Room
The Packers ranked fifth in the players’ view of the weight room facilities. Green Bay ranked in the top five for both equipment quality and weight room space.
Strength Coaches
The Packers ranked 27th in the players’ view of the strength coaches. The players feel that the strength coaches moderately contribute to their overall success (23/32). Also, somehow, 15% of players do not receive an individualized training plan (29/32). Clearly, there needs to be growth in this area.
Team Travel
The Packers ranked ninth in the players’ view of the team travel services. The players feel that the team’s travel schedule is somewhat efficient, ranking fifth in the NFL. It makes you wonder what is happening in other buildings that “somewhat” is ranked in the top five. Also, 91% of the Packers players believe they have a comfortable amount of space on flights (13/32).
Head Coach
The Packers ranked 20th in the players’ view of the head coach. The players feel that LaFleur is moderately receptive to locker room feedback on the team’s needs (23/32). The Packers report cards also show that 93% of Packers players feel Matt LaFleur is efficient with their time (18/32).
Club Owner
The Packers ranked 11th in the players’ view of the club owner. In this case, the players were grading Mark Murphy. The players felt Murphy was extremely committed to building a competitive team (7/32) and that he contributed to a positive culture (11/32). Players also gave Murphy a 9.22 out of 10 for willingness to invest in the team’s facilities (11/32).
